We appreciate the opportunity to serve you and your pets as valued clients. We strive to ensure getting started is as simple as possible, so we have developed the following process below. Thank you and we look forward to providing you premiere service while giving your pets the most love and affection possible. Please contact us with any questions, 661.418.7595.

1. New Clients Give Us a Call

New clients, please give us a call directly to speak with one of our pet sitting experts. We will ask a variety of on-boarding questions to gather the necessary information we need to customize a Pet Sitting Plan to meet all of your needs and expectations for your pets and home care. This process can take 5-20 minutes to complete.


2. Doggy Duty US will Schedule Your Initial Consultation

Once your custom client/pet(s) profile is complete, a Doggy Duty US staff member will confirm any questions as well as a convenient consultation day & time. Upon client approval, we will send an email confirmation. Initial consultation is $25.


3. Initial Consultation Expectations

Most consultations range from approximately 30-60 minutes in order to complete the following:

  • introduce ourselves, to you, the client
  • begin establishing a loving and caring bond with your pets 
  • review our customized client/pet profiles in detail to answer any questions and make any adjustments
  • familiarize with the location of key items such as: leash/harness, medications, food, alarm, etc.
  • accept a key: please provide one tested key to the entrance we will use
  • confirm pet sitting schedule; we will set the official pet sitting care schedule and ensure client receives an email confirmation
  • receive payment:  we accept all credit cards (payment must be received prior to service being performed)
